金螳螂设计研究院高级设计总监

苏州金螳螂设计研究院高级设计总监，商业地产及酒店规划、设计及运营工程管理专长；逾 30年设计、规划及管理相关经验；曾任职万豪、丽致、四季、温德姆、世茂喜达等，跨国酒店集团，并于2011至2016年期间，主持万达酒店集团，技术服务 ( 规划设计及工程 ) 的创始及发展工作。

职业生涯期间，负责项目遍及大中华区及亚洲、澳洲、北美洲、欧洲、大洋洲等，成功开业及运行超过300个酒店及文旅综合体项目。对于酒店及商业地产”全生命周期”的设计规划、工程管理、工程运行及营运管理等专业，具有丰富经验及心得。

郝先生毕业于比利时天主教鲁汶大学 ( K. U. Leuven ) 建筑及都市规划设计系 ( A.S.R.O.)，持有比利时及欧盟建筑师资格；在学期间以“ 优等成绩“ ( Cum Laude ) 获得硕士 (Advanced Master ) 学位。

A hospitality architect with more than 30 years practical experience in hotel design & planning ,project management and relevant fields , He used to w orked for and learned from those significant hospitality groups : M arriott, Four Seasons , Landis, Wyndham hotel group. During 2011- 2016, as a pioneer “chief technic officer” in the Wanda Hotels & Resorts group. 

During these years, He involved and successfully opened more than 300+ hotels and mix-use projects which are across Greater China, Asia, Australia, North America, Europe, and Pacific Islands. He is quite qualified and w ith extensive experience in the full life cycle of hospitality design & planning, project management ,and hotel management. 

M r. Hao, a certified architect of Belgium and EU, graduated from the KatholicUniversity Leuven, holding an Advanced M aster Degree with honorary “Cum Laude” accomplishment from the department of “Architecture , Urban Design and Planning” (ARSO) of K.U.L. Belgium.
